TENCEL Outer Cover

The TENCEL cover is naturally breathable and removable for easy washing.

Protective Inner Cover

The inner cover rests just below the outer cover and protects the main layers of the mattress from physical damage, dust mites and insects.

HD Visco-elastic 5G Memory Foam

The 9cm thick, high-density Visco-elastic memory foam provides excellent support and pressure point relief. The ergonomic design and orthopaedic elements work together to relieve pressure while also dispersing the heat. The spherical-shaped open cells design allows for contouring to the sleepers’ body shape and eliminate motion transfer, making it an excellent choice for couples.

Cool-sleep Airflow System

Ergoflex 5G was specifically designed to grant excellent temperature regulation. The main cooling system is positioned exactly in the middle and is represented by a 5cm cool-sleep airflow layer. Its egg carton shape allows for increased airflow and heat dispersion, further enhanced by the Visco-elastic memory foam above. The secret lies in the new generation of memory foams that disperse the heat much more effectively compared to older versions. Finally, the cooling process is boosted by the design of the TENCEL cover, which features 3D mesh panels that prevent heat retention.

High Resilience Impact-resistant Foundation

The foundation base is 9cm thick and primarily serves as weighted support for all upper layers and enhances longevity. It is also responsible for distributing support evenly across the whole mattress surface, ensuring that sleepers will feel the same regardless of their preferred sleeping positions.

Every Ergoflex 5G mattress arrives encased in a tailored TENCEL cover. TENCEL is a botanical material, which is entirely natural and sustainable. It’s most robust properties are moisture-wicking and breathability that is on-par with (and even higher than) natural cotton. This enhances the cooling system of the mattress and keeps sleepers dry even during the hottest summer days. Moreover, thanks to its cellular fibre construction design, it has natural anti-bacterial properties

The cover is very sturdy and durable while being silky and soft to the touch. The cover is removable and washable and should be machine-washed at 30°.

Lying down on the mattress feels soft and cosy, although the firmness levels may be considered too high for some customers. Generally, orthopaedic mattresses need to be firmer to offer pressure point relief, and Ergoflex 5G is no exception.
