When ordering online, customers choose the model and size mattress and add it to their basket. For an additional charge of £30.00, they may choose to have their old mattress removed and the new mattress installed.

Delivery is free within the UK for orders over £49. Silentnight mattresses come with standard delivery from 14 days, and two delivery people will take the mattress to your room of choice and remove the wrapping. With Silentnight’s 60-night trial, customers can choose to exchange their mattress for a different model if they are unsatisfied with their purchase.
